About the Chapter:

2005 chapter fee continues at only $10. You do not have to be a member of Hearing Loss Association of America to join the chapter but there are many benefits to joining the national group, including Capitol Hill advocacy, a magazine and a very helpful website at www.hearingloss.org .

Send your check along with name, address, telephone number, email address and comments to: Ken Amesbury, Hearing Loss Association of Cape Cod Treasurer, 105 Annable Point Road, Centerville, MA 02632

We are a volunteer group, part of the Hearing Loss Association of America (formerly called Self Help for Hard of Hearing People), formed to meet the needs of people with hearing loss and their families. We meet monthly, providing a forum that empowers the individual and reinforces a positive self-image. Our meetings are educational, providing information about current and proposed hearing assistance technology and public policies, while offering an opportunity for socializing within a supportive setting. A part of our total program includes advocating for all people with hearing loss on Cape Cod. ---Mission Statement by Leo Cohen
