Cape Cinema Shows Open Captioned Movies on Tuesday, First Matinee

Cape Cinema is known among movie goers with hearing loss for its excellent international, subtitled movies.  A few months ago, Cape Cinema began showing open captioned movies on Tuesdays for the first matinee. Sometimes there is no open caption option because small independent production companies do not make one, though they often have captions on their DVD's.  General Manager Hugh Hart has been very successful getting open captioned movies, and there is a sizeable crowd for the Tuesday matinee.

He recently sent this email regarding the future releases.  Check the theater's website, www.capecinema.com

or better yet, get on the email list.  These are really quality movies.

I wanted to let you know that the there is no Open Caption version of the film, Remember.  I'm sorry, I specefically requested it, but they told me that they do not offer it for this film. I am very sure that Eye in the Sky has an Open Caption version though.  Thank you,
